Possible Causes

Unit not level on equipment pad, Missing or hardened vibration isolation pads, Loose compressor or fan mounting bolts, PVC plumbing rigidly attached without flex

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening hardware or adjusting the unit.

  • Level the unit: Use a level to check the AquaCal cabinet. Shim under the base as needed to achieve level support on all corners.
  • Install isolation pads: Place rubber or neoprene pads under the unit feet if not already present, per AquaCal recommendations.
  • Tighten hardware: Check and tighten fan motor, fan guard, and compressor mounting bolts.
  • Add flex connections: If rigid PVC is amplifying vibration, consult your installer about adding flexible couplings on the inlet and outlet.
