Heater causes excessive vibration transmitted to pad or nearby structures.

Possible Causes
Unit not level on equipment pad, Missing or hardened vibration isolation pads, Loose compressor or fan mounting bolts, PVC plumbing rigidly attached without flex
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before tightening hardware or adjusting the unit.
- Level the unit: Use a level to check the AquaCal cabinet. Shim under the base as needed to achieve level support on all corners.
- Install isolation pads: Place rubber or neoprene pads under the unit feet if not already present, per AquaCal recommendations.
- Tighten hardware: Check and tighten fan motor, fan guard, and compressor mounting bolts.
- Add flex connections: If rigid PVC is amplifying vibration, consult your installer about adding flexible couplings on the inlet and outlet.
