How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front panel or display assembly.
- Dry the panel: If the panel is wet from rain or splashing, allow it to dry completely. Do not use the heater with water inside the control area.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front cover and check that the keypad ribbon cable is fully seated on the control board.
- Check for corrosion: Look for green/white corrosion on connectors. Clean with contact cleaner and reconnect.
- Replace keypad: If buttons still do not respond, replace the AquaCal keypad/display assembly as a unit.
