How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power. High refrigerant pressures are dangerous.
- Clean condenser coil: Remove debris from the coil and ensure at least 600 mm clearance around the unit for airflow.
- Check fan operation: With power restored, verify that the fan starts and runs smoothly. If not, turn power off and inspect the fan motor and capacitor.
- Reset high-pressure switch: Some models have a manual reset button on the high-pressure switch. After the unit cools and the cause is corrected, press to reset.
If E02 recurs, a refrigeration technician should check charge level and system operation.
