Possible Causes
Incorrect supply voltage, Reversed polarity or missing neutral, Loose power connections, Internal power supply failure on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker. Only qualified persons should work on mains wiring.
- Verify supply voltage: Confirm that the heater is connected to the correct voltage (e.g., 230 V single-phase) as specified on the AstralPool rating plate.
- Check terminal block: Inspect the incoming power terminals for loose screws, discoloration, or burnt insulation. Tighten as needed.
- Confirm polarity and earth: Ensure active, neutral, and earth are correctly connected according to the wiring diagram.
If wiring is correct and F9 remains, the internal power supply on the main board may be damaged and require board replacement.
