How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the breaker before tightening any electrical connections.
- Check breaker and isolator: Verify the pool heater breaker is ON and any external isolator switch is in the ON position.
- Inspect power at heater: Remove the electrical access cover and confirm that supply wires are firmly secured to the terminal block.
- Check internal fuse: Many AstralPool heaters have a low-voltage fuse on the control board. With power off, inspect and replace with the exact same rating if blown.
If power is present but the display remains dead, the main control board or display may be faulty and require replacement.
