• Check unit level: Ensure the BWT heater is installed on a flat, solid, and level base. Shim or adjust as needed.
• Inspect fan blade: Look for bent blades or missing pieces. Replace the fan blade if damaged.
• Verify mounting hardware: Tighten all accessible screws and bolts securing the fan motor, compressor, and panels.
• Check vibration pads: Inspect rubber feet or pads under the unit. Replace if cracked or missing.

If vibration persists, a technician should check for internal compressor issues or misalignment.
