Possible Causes

Tripped circuit breaker or RCD, Blown internal fuse on Certikin control board, Loose mains connection, Faulty on/off switch or isolator

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Only a competent person should work on mains circuits. Always verify isolation before opening covers.

  • Check supply: Confirm that the dedicated breaker for the heater is on and has not tripped.
  • Test outlet / isolator: If an external isolator is fitted, ensure it is switched on and functioning.
  • Inspect internal fuse: With power off, locate and check any fuses on the Certikin control board or in-line holders; replace only with the same rating.
  • Check wiring terminals: Tighten loose live, neutral, and earth connections in the heater’s junction box.

If there is still no power, the control PCB or power supply components may have failed and require professional replacement.
