How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power before removing the controller cover.

Dry moisture: If condensation or water is visible behind the display, dry the area thoroughly and improve weather sealing.
Check ribbon cable: Ensure the keypad ribbon cable is firmly seated in its connector on the main board.
Test individual buttons: With power restored, test each button. If only some fail, the keypad membrane is likely damaged.
Replace front panel: Install a new Fafco controller front panel or entire controller assembly if the keypad is not separately replaceable.

Controller display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
