Water leaks at the equipment pad around the Fafco solar manifold when solar is on.

Safety: Turn off pump and relieve pressure before loosening unions.

• Identify leak point: Dry the area and run the system briefly to see exactly where water emerges.
• Tighten unions: Hand-tighten the leaking union, then add a small additional turn with a strap wrench if needed. Do not overtighten.
• Inspect O-rings: If tightening fails, open the union and inspect the O-ring. Replace if flattened, cracked, or missing.
• Check for cracks: Examine the manifold body for hairline cracks. Replace the manifold if damaged.
