Dripping or small puddle of water inside or directly under the solar controller enclosure.

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening the controller. Water and electricity are a serious hazard.

• Dry interior: Carefully dry the inside of the controller with a clean cloth and allow it to air out completely before re-energizing.
• Inspect gasket: Check the door gasket for cracks or compression set. Replace if it no longer seals properly.
• Seal entries: Use appropriate fittings and sealant on conduit and cable entries to prevent water ingress.
• Relocate if necessary: If the controller is in a location exposed to sprinklers or roof runoff, consider relocating or adding a protective shield.
• Check for corrosion: Inspect the PCB and terminals for corrosion. Clean minor corrosion; replace the board if damage is extensive.
