Jacuzzi pool heater leaks water from the bottom of the cabinet.

Safety first: Turn off power and gas. Close isolation valves to the heater to stop water flow.

Steps to locate leak:

• Remove front panel: Inspect inside the cabinet with a flashlight. Look for active drips or mineral deposits indicating the leak source.
• Check unions and fittings: Tighten any loose PVC unions or threaded fittings on the inlet and outlet. Do not overtighten plastic fittings.
• Inspect manifold and gaskets: Look around the water manifold for seepage. Gaskets can deteriorate and may need replacement.
• Heat exchanger inspection: If water appears to be coming from the center of the heater or from the combustion chamber, the heat exchanger may be cracked and will require replacement.
