Possible Causes
Loose blower mounting bolts, Warped blower wheel, Loose cabinet panels, Unbalanced fan
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before tightening or adjusting mechanical parts.
- Check mounting: Inspect the Nirvana combustion blower mounting bracket and bolts. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Cabinet panels: Ensure all access panels are properly seated and screws are tight. Add foam or vibration pads where panels contact the frame if needed.
- Blower wheel: With power off, spin the blower wheel by hand and check for wobble or rubbing. Replace the blower assembly if the wheel is damaged or out of balance.
- Base leveling: Confirm the heater is installed on a solid, level pad. Shim if necessary to eliminate rocking.
