Heater display is on but unresponsive; buttons do not change settings.

Safety first: Turn off power before removing the control panel bezel.

• Inspect panel: Remove the front bezel and examine the Nirvana display and keypad assembly for signs of water, corrosion, or physical damage.
• Dry and clean: If moisture is present, gently dry the area and allow it to air dry completely. Seal any cabinet openings that may allow rain or splash to enter.
• Ribbon cable: Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main board. Check for broken traces or kinks.
• Test buttons: With power restored, try each button. If none respond, the keypad membrane is likely failed and should be replaced.
• Replace assembly: Install a new OEM Nirvana display/keypad module if cleaning and reseating do not restore function.
