Heater will not start at all; display is blank and no lights are on.

Safety first: Turn off the breaker before opening the electrical compartment. Only work on line voltage if you are qualified.

• Check breaker: Verify the dedicated breaker for the Nirvana heater is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
• Inspect power block: Remove the electrical access cover and confirm that line voltage is present at the heater's input terminals using a multimeter.
• Internal fuse: Locate any internal Nirvana control fuse on or near the main board. Check continuity and replace with the same type and rating if blown.
• Transformer test: Measure the output of the Nirvana control transformer (e.g., 24 VAC). If there is line voltage in but no low-voltage output, replace the transformer.
• Board failure: If proper low-voltage power is present but the display remains dead, the main control board or display module may be defective and require replacement.
