Poolex pool heater display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Turn off power before removing the control panel.

Steps:

• Dry and clean: If the panel is damp, dry it carefully and protect it from direct rain.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the cable between the keypad and main board.
• Test with cover off: With power restored, test button response gently.

If still unresponsive, replace the Poolex display/keypad assembly.
