How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing the front control panel.
- Inspect display window: Check for condensation or water behind the display lens. Address any cabinet leaks.
- Check ribbon cable: Gently reseat the ribbon cable between the display board and main control board.
- Test keypad response: Press buttons and listen for relays clicking. If heater responds but display is blank, the display itself is faulty.
- Replace UI assembly: Install a new Sta-Rite display/keypad assembly if the screen is unreadable or unresponsive.
