Heater vibrates excessively or rattles when the blower is running

Safety: Turn off power and gas. Allow moving parts to stop completely.

• Level the heater: Check that the SunHeater is sitting level on a solid pad. Shim as necessary to eliminate rocking.
• Tighten blower mounts: Access the Combustion Blower Assembly and tighten all mounting screws and brackets.
• Clean blower wheel: Remove any debris from the blower wheel that could cause imbalance.
• Secure loose components: Inspect internal sheet metal baffles, control boxes, and piping clamps. Tighten or add screws where needed.
• Test: Restore power and run the heater, listening for reduced vibration.
