Zodiac pool heater displays E07 and will not fire; may occur intermittently.

Safety: Disconnect power before working near the blower or pressure switches.

• Check air intake: Inspect the combustion air intake screen or opening for leaves, insects, or debris. Clean thoroughly to restore airflow.
• Inspect blower operation: Restore power and call for heat while observing the blower. If it hums but does not spin, or does not start at all, turn power off and check for obstructions or seized bearings.
• Examine air pressure switch: Locate the air pressure switch connected to the blower via small tubing. Ensure the tubing is not cracked, kinked, or disconnected. Replace brittle tubing.
• Test pressure switch: With a multimeter, verify that the switch closes when the blower runs. If it does not close despite good airflow, replace the air pressure switch with a Zodiac-compatible part.
• Replace blower (if needed): If the blower does not run or is excessively noisy and drawing high current, replacement of the blower assembly is recommended and may require a professional.
