Safety: Turn off power before removing blower covers or accessing wiring.

• Inspect blower wheel: Remove the blower assembly cover and check for debris, insects, or buildup on the wheel that could affect speed. Clean carefully.
• Check blower bearings: Spin the blower wheel by hand; it should rotate smoothly without grinding. Replace the blower if seized or excessively noisy.
• Examine speed sensor (if equipped): Some Zodiac blowers include a tachometer or Hall sensor. Inspect its wiring and connector for damage.
• Test operation: Restore power and call for heat while observing blower startup. If it fails to reach speed or surges, the motor or control may be faulty.
• Replace blower assembly: If cleaning and wiring checks do not resolve E19, replace the blower with a Zodiac-approved assembly. If the issue persists, the control board's blower drive circuit may need replacement.
