Possible Causes
Pump placed in manual OFF mode, External automation system commanding OFF, Schedule not programmed or outside run time, Low-speed schedule misinterpreted as off
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This is usually a control or programming issue, not a failure.
- Check control mode: Verify whether the pump is in Manual or External Control mode. Switch to manual and press Start or select a speed.
- Review schedules: Enter the programming menu and confirm that run times and speeds are set correctly and that the current time is within a scheduled period.
- Check automation wiring: If connected to a pool automation system, ensure the control relay or RS-485 signal is correctly configured and calling for pump operation.
- Test standalone: Temporarily disconnect external control (if possible) and run the pump from its own keypad to verify basic function.
