Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Three-phase systems can be hazardous. Turn off and lock out the main disconnect. Only qualified personnel should work on these circuits.
- Verify all phases present: With power ON and pump disconnected, measure voltage between all three line pairs (L1–L2, L2–L3, L1–L3). All should be within the specified range and balanced.
- Inspect terminal block: Turn power OFF. Tighten all phase connections at the AquaFlo motor terminal block and upstream contactor.
- Check fuses and breakers: Inspect any inline fuses or 3‑pole breakers for a blown leg. Replace as needed.
- Confirm wiring diagram: Compare actual wiring to the AquaFlo motor wiring diagram to ensure correct phase connections.
If E14 persists with balanced three-phase power, the internal phase detection circuit in the drive may be faulty.
