Possible Causes
Incorrect minimum/maximum speed settings, Invalid ramp time configuration, Corrupted EEPROM on AquaFlo controller, Incompatible firmware settings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before opening the control housing.
- Restore factory defaults: Use the AquaFlo controller menu to perform a factory reset of all parameters. Refer to the manual for the exact button sequence.
- Re-enter settings: After reset, reprogram desired speeds, schedules, and limits according to AquaFlo guidelines (e.g., minimum speed not below priming threshold).
- Update firmware (if supported): If AquaFlo provides firmware updates via USB or service tool, update to the latest version to correct known parameter bugs.
- Power cycle: Turn power off for 2–3 minutes, then restore and test operation.
If E15 recurs after a clean reset and firmware update, the controller memory may be defective and the control board should be replaced.
