Possible Causes
Failed LCD/LED display module, Faulty low-voltage power supply on AquaFlo board, Loose display ribbon cable, Surge damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the control panel.
- Check contrast/brightness: Some AquaFlo models allow display contrast adjustment in the menu; try adjusting if faint characters are visible.
- Inspect display cable: Remove the front panel and reseat the display ribbon cable on both ends.
- Measure low-voltage supply: With power on (only if you are qualified), measure the 5V or 12V supply feeding the display. If missing, the control board power supply is faulty.
- Replace display or board: If the backlight is out or the display is cracked, replace the display module. If low-voltage power is absent, replace the AquaFlo control board.
