How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use the breaker to shut off power before opening the control housing.
- Disconnect external control: Temporarily disconnect any automation or remote start wires and test if local OFF command works.
- Inspect relay: Open the controller and locate the motor relay. Look for signs of overheating or melted plastic.
- Test keypad: Observe if other buttons respond normally. If only the OFF function fails, the keypad may be defective.
- Replace control board or relay: If the relay contacts are welded closed, replace the AquaFlo control board or have the relay replaced by a qualified technician.
