Water is leaking from the union connections at the pump inlet or outlet.

Safety first: Turn off power and relieve system pressure before loosening unions.

• Disassemble unions: Loosen the union nuts at the AquaFlo pump inlet and outlet. Inspect the union gaskets for flattening or damage.
• Replace gaskets: Install new AquaFlo-compatible union gaskets if any are worn or missing.
• Check threads and bodies: Inspect union nuts and bodies for cracks. Replace any damaged components.
• Reassemble carefully: Hand-tighten unions while ensuring the pipes are aligned and not forcing the pump out of position.
