Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power at the breaker. Only qualified persons should open the wiring compartment.
- Check voltage selection: Compare the Aquaflow pump nameplate and internal wiring diagram. Verify that the voltage selector jumper or links are set correctly for your supply (115V or 230V).
- Verify line/neutral: On single-phase models, ensure the hot (line) conductor is on the L terminal and neutral on N, as indicated on the Aquaflow terminal block.
- Inspect external control wiring: If using automation (e.g., timer, relay, or RS-485), confirm that low-voltage control wires are on the correct terminals and not shorted.
- Remove recent changes: If E07 appeared after adding a timer or automation, temporarily disconnect the external control wiring and test the pump in standalone mode.
Once wiring is corrected, restore power and clear the error. Persistent E07 may indicate damage to the input circuitry on the control board.
