Pump runs but there is no water flow to the pool returns

Safety first: Turn off the pump before opening the lid or valves.

• Check pool water level: Ensure water is at least halfway up the skimmer opening.
• Prime the pump: Remove the Aquaflow pump lid, fill the strainer housing completely with water, then reinstall the lid, ensuring the O‑ring is clean and lubricated with silicone grease.
• Open valves: Confirm that all suction valves (skimmer, main drain, vacuum line) are open.
• Inspect for air leaks: While the pump is running, look for air bubbles under the lid and in the return jets. Tighten unions and replace cracked fittings or O‑rings as needed.
