Water is leaking from the clear pump lid area

Safety first: Turn off the pump before removing the lid.

• Remove and inspect O-ring: Take off the Aquaflow pump lid and carefully remove the O-ring. Check for cracks, flat spots, or cuts.
• Clean groove and lid: Wipe the O-ring groove and lid sealing surface clean of sand and debris.
• Lubricate: Apply a thin coat of silicone-based lubricant to the O-ring and reinstall.
• Tighten lid: Refit the lid and hand-tighten evenly. Do not overtighten.

If leaking continues, replace the O-ring with a genuine Aquaflow lid O-ring.
