Possible Causes

One phase not connected at terminal block, Tripped breaker on one leg, Loose or burned contact in external contactor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: This involves 3‑phase power. Only qualified persons with proper PPE should work inside the electrical panel.

  • Verify all phases present: With a multimeter, measure voltage between L1‑L2, L2‑L3, and L1‑L3 at the AquaJet pump terminals. All should be within the specified range and balanced.
  • Inspect breakers and contactor: Check that all 3‑pole breakers feeding the pump are ON and not tripped. Inspect the external contactor (if used) for burned or pitted contacts.
  • Tighten terminals: With power off, tighten all phase conductors at the pump terminal block and in the control panel.
  • Reset the drive: After restoring proper 3‑phase supply, power cycle the AquaJet pump and clear the E04 code according to the user manual (usually by pressing and holding STOP/RESET).
