Possible Causes

Insufficient water in pump strainer housing, Air leak on suction side, Blocked skimmer or main drain line, Faulty flow or pressure sensor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before opening the pump lid or working on plumbing.

  • Prime the pump: Close suction and return valves. Remove the AquaJet pump lid and fill the strainer housing completely with water. Reinstall the lid, ensuring the lid O‑ring is clean and lubricated. Open valves and restart.
  • Check for suction blockages: Empty skimmer baskets and pump basket. Inspect the skimmer and main drain lines for obstructions. Backwash or clean the filter to reduce resistance.
  • Inspect for air leaks: With the pump running, look for air bubbles in the pump lid. Tighten unions on the suction side, and ensure the lid is sealing properly. Replace a cracked lid or flattened O‑ring.
  • Sensor check: If water flow is normal but E07 persists, the AquaJet flow or pressure sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
