How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Shut off power and close valves before removing any sensor from plumbing.
- Inspect sensor: Remove the AquaJet flow sensor from its tee or manifold. Check for scale, debris, or biofilm on the sensing element and clean gently with a soft brush.
- Verify orientation: Ensure the sensor is installed in the correct flow direction and orientation as indicated by arrows on the body.
- Check wiring: Confirm the sensor cable is intact and firmly connected to the control board.
- Replace sensor: If cleaning and wiring checks do not resolve E19, replace the flow sensor with the AquaJet‑specified part.
