Pump display is on but keypad buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Turn off power before opening the control panel.

• Dry the interface: If condensation is present, gently dry the keypad area and allow time for moisture to evaporate.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Open the AquaJet control housing and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the control board.
• Test operation: Restore power and test button response. If still intermittent, the keypad assembly likely needs replacement.
