Water is leaking from around the clear pump lid during operation.

Safety first: Turn off power before opening the pump lid.

• Inspect O‑ring: Remove the AquaJet pump lid and examine the O‑ring for cracks, flattening, or cuts. Replace if damaged.
• Clean sealing surfaces: Wipe the lid and pump housing groove clean of sand, leaves, and dirt.
• Lubricate O‑ring: Apply a thin coat of pool‑safe silicone lubricant to the O‑ring to improve sealing and ease of installation.
• Reinstall lid: Seat the lid evenly and tighten by hand until snug. Do not overtighten, as this can warp the lid.
