Buttons on the AstralPool pump keypad do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Turn off power before handling the keypad.

• Dry and clean: Wipe the keypad surface dry and ensure no water is trapped around the edges.
• Check cable: Inspect the keypad ribbon cable for kinks or damage and reseat it on the PCB.
• Test with automation: If external automation can still change speeds, the main control is working and the keypad itself is likely faulty.

Replace the keypad assembly with a genuine AstralPool part if button failure persists.
