Pump display is blank or unreadable, but the motor still runs when controlled by external automation.

Possible Causes

Failed LCD/LED display, Damaged keypad cable, Faulty low-voltage supply to display, Water ingress into keypad

Safety first: Turn off power before removing the keypad or display module.

Inspect keypad module: Check for cracks, UV damage or water inside the display window.
Reseat cable: Open the control housing and unplug/replug the keypad ribbon cable on the PCB.
Test external control: If automation still controls the pump correctly, the main control PCB may be fine and only the display/keypad needs replacement.
