Pump runs but there is no water movement at all; return jets are completely still.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the pump before opening the lid or hoses.

• Prime the pump: Remove the pump lid and fill the strainer housing completely with water. Reinstall the lid securely.
• Check valves and hoses: Ensure all inline valves are fully open and that Bestway hoses are not kinked or blocked.
• Inspect impeller: Remove the basket and access the impeller. Clear any debris that may be blocking the vanes.
• Restart and observe: Plug in and start the pump. If there is still no flow, recheck for hidden obstructions or internal damage.
