Pump runs but water flow is very weak at the pool return jets.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the pump before opening the system.

• Clean strainer basket: Remove the pump lid and basket. Rinse thoroughly and remove all debris.
• Service filter: Clean or replace the Bestway filter cartridge, or backwash and rinse the sand filter until the sight glass runs clear.
• Inspect hoses: Follow each Bestway hose from pool to pump and pump to return. Straighten kinks and replace any hose that appears flattened or soft.
• Check pool fittings: Remove and clean the pool inlet and outlet strainers. Ensure no toys, leaves, or covers are blocking them.
