Display shows E14 and pump cannot start due to locked keypad

Safety first: This is typically a non-electrical safety issue, but avoid opening enclosures with power on.

• Unlock keypad: Refer to the Calpeda manual for the keypad lock sequence (often holding specific keys for several seconds). Perform the unlock procedure and check if E14 clears.
• Check user levels: Enter the configuration menu and verify that your user level allows starting/stopping the pump. Adjust access rights if you have the administrator password.
• Inspect keypad and cable: With power off, remove the keypad panel and inspect the ribbon cable and connector for damage or corrosion. Reseat the connector firmly.
• Test keypad buttons: With power restored, test each button. If some keys do not respond, the keypad membrane may be faulty and require replacement.
