• Check all safety devices: Locate flow switches, level switches, and emergency stop buttons connected to the Calpeda controller. Ensure they are in the correct operating position and not mechanically stuck.
• Inspect wiring loop: Trace the safety circuit wiring and look for loose terminals, broken conductors, or corroded contacts. Repair or replace as needed.
• Verify actual conditions: Confirm that there is adequate water level and flow. Do not override a safety device if the condition it monitors is not satisfied.
• Reset safety devices: Reset any tripped emergency stops or manual reset switches. Then clear the E15 error on the controller and test operation.
