Pump display shows E12 and buttons on the control panel do not respond correctly

Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.

Steps to check:

• Inspect keypad area: Look for condensation or water droplets under the display window or around buttons. If present, dry the area and check for cracks in the housing.
• Check ribbon cable: Open the control cover and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the control PCB.
• Test operation: Restore power and test each button. If some keys still do not respond, the keypad membrane is likely damaged.
• Replace keypad/UI: On many DAB models, the keypad and display are a single assembly. Replace the user interface assembly following DAB service instructions.
