Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the main breaker and verify with a tester before touching any wiring.
- Compare wiring to Emaux diagram: Open the motor terminal cover and compare all connections to the wiring diagram on the pump nameplate or inside the cover. Correct any discrepancies.
- Check external control wiring: If the pump is controlled by an Emaux automation system, verify that the low-voltage control or RS‑485 communication wires are connected to the correct terminals and polarity.
- Remove temporary jumpers: Ensure no unauthorized jumpers or links have been added to the control terminals.
- Reset the controller: After correcting wiring, power cycle the pump and clear the error using the STOP/RESET button if provided.
If E06 remains after confirming wiring, the control PCB may have been damaged by incorrect connections and should be inspected by a technician.
