Emaux pump with digital controller shows E08 and runs only at a reduced speed or not at all.

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing any covers.

• Check control connections: Open the control module and verify that all small sensor connectors between the motor and PCB are fully seated and free of corrosion.
• Inspect for physical damage: Look for broken or pinched sensor wires where they exit the motor housing.
• Attempt a reset: Power cycle the pump and perform a factory reset if the Emaux controller menu provides this option (refer to the user manual).
• Avoid forcing operation: Do not attempt to bypass the error by repeatedly restarting; this can damage the drive electronics.

Because the speed sensor is typically integrated into the motor assembly, persistent E08 faults usually require replacement of the motor/drive unit.
