Pump shows E15 and will not start; often associated with incorrect time or schedule settings.

Possible Causes
Invalid start/stop times programmed, Overlapping schedules causing conflict, Internal clock failure on control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the pump cannot start unexpectedly while you are working near moving parts.
- Check current time: Enter the Emaux controller menu and verify that the current time and date are set correctly.
- Review schedules: Delete all existing schedules and reprogram simple, non-overlapping run times. Avoid overlapping or back-to-back programs.
- Manual mode test: Switch the pump to manual mode (if available) and attempt to start it. If it runs in manual but not on schedule, the issue is configuration-related.
- Backup battery: If the controller has an internal backup battery and time is frequently lost, have the PCB or battery replaced.
If E15 continues after reprogramming, the timer circuitry on the control PCB may be defective and require replacement.
