Water drips or sprays from the clear pump lid area when the pump is running.

Safety first: Turn off the pump before removing the lid.

• Inspect O‑ring: Remove the lid and examine the O‑ring for cracks, flat spots, or stretching. Replace with the correct Emaux lid O‑ring if damaged.
• Clean sealing surfaces: Wipe the groove and mating surface on the pump housing to remove sand or debris that can prevent sealing.
• Lubricate O‑ring: Apply a thin coat of silicone-based lubricant to help the O‑ring seat and seal properly.
• Check lid for cracks: If the clear lid is crazed or cracked, replace it with an Emaux OEM lid to ensure proper fit.

Do not overtighten the lid; excessive force can warp the lid or housing and cause leaks.
