Display shows E06 and pump will not run; sometimes accompanied by a burning smell or tripped breaker.

Safety first: Immediately unplug the pump. Do not reset breakers repeatedly. Do not operate the pump if you smell burning or see smoke.

Inspection steps:

• 1. External cable check: Inspect the Flowclear power cord for cuts, crushed sections, or exposed copper. Replace the cord set if damaged.
• 2. Motor housing inspection: Check for signs of water inside the motor end bell or condensation. If the motor has been submerged or shows rust and water marks, it is unsafe to reuse.
• 3. Terminal check: Remove the rear cover and inspect the motor terminal block for burnt connectors or melted plastic.
• 4. Do not attempt internal rewinding: Flowclear pump motors are not designed for field rewinding. If windings are shorted, the complete motor assembly should be replaced.
• 5. Professional help: Because this is a high-voltage fault, contact a qualified service technician or Flowclear support for motor replacement and insulation testing.
