E07
Flowclear
Low Voltage / Undervoltage Protection
Pump display shows E07 and unit shuts down; may occur when using long extension cords or multiple devices on one outlet.

Possible Causes
Undersized extension cord, Excessive cord length causing voltage drop, Weak household circuit or overloaded outlet, Loose plug or socket contacts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the pump before changing any wiring or cords. Do not modify the plug.
Steps to correct supply:
- 1. Remove extension cords: Plug the Flowclear pump directly into a properly grounded outlet whenever possible.
- 2. Use correct cord: If an extension is unavoidable, use a heavy-gauge outdoor-rated cord (shortest possible length, typically 12–14 AWG depending on local standards).
- 3. Dedicated circuit: Avoid sharing the outlet with other high-load devices (heaters, large tools). Use a dedicated circuit if available.
- 4. Check outlet: Inspect the outlet for looseness or heat discoloration. If the plug feels hot after use, have the outlet inspected by an electrician.
- 5. Retest: After correcting the power supply, reconnect and start the pump. If E07 persists on a known-good circuit, the internal voltage sensing board may be faulty.
