Steps:

• 1. Disable child lock: Refer to the Flowclear manual for the specific button combination (often holding two buttons for several seconds) to unlock the controls.
• 2. Check safety switches: Some Flowclear systems include a cover or lid interlock. Ensure all covers are properly closed and latched.
• 3. Inspect keypad: Check for stuck or damaged buttons. Clean around the buttons with a soft cloth; do not use excessive water or solvents.
• 4. Power reset: Unplug the pump for 5 minutes, then reconnect and attempt to clear E16.
• 5. Replace panel: If the lockout cannot be cleared and buttons do not respond correctly, replace the Flowclear control panel assembly.
