Steps:

• 1. Reprogram timer: Clear all existing programs and re-enter the desired on/off times according to the Flowclear manual.
• 2. Check clock accuracy: Verify that the current time is set correctly and that AM/PM or 24-hour format is correct.
• 3. Avoid frequent power loss: If power outages are common, consider using a UPS or surge protector with battery backup for the control circuit.
• 4. Relay check: If the pump runs continuously regardless of timer, the output relay on the Flowclear PCB may be stuck and the board should be replaced.
