How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Review drive settings: In the Franklin Electric controller, verify that current and torque limits are set according to motor and pump specifications. Do not raise limits beyond recommended values.
- Confirm impeller size: Ensure the installed impeller matches the pump model and motor horsepower. Replace with the correct Franklin Electric impeller if oversized.
- Retest: Clear E16 and run the pump. If current limit still activates under normal conditions, the motor may be weak and require replacement.
