Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the 2-pole breaker and verify no voltage is present before opening the wiring compartment.
- Inspect breaker and wiring: Ensure the 2-pole breaker handle is tied and both poles are ON. Check for signs of overheating or burning at the breaker.
- Check line voltage on both legs: With power ON and using a multimeter, measure L1 to neutral and L2 to neutral (if available) and L1 to L2. Both legs should show proper voltage. If one leg is missing, replace or repair the breaker or wiring.
- Inspect terminal block: Turn power OFF. Open the Harris pump electrical cover and verify both line conductors are firmly secured in the terminal block with no corrosion.
If both legs are present and balanced but E07 persists, the internal drive circuitry may be defective and the control module should be replaced.
